Terms of Service

VANTAGE is operated by Digibastion. These Terms govern access to the VANTAGE website, public score tools, private workspace, APIs, reports, alerts, content, and related services.

By using VANTAGE, creating an account, requesting access, submitting a domain, or relying on a report, you agree to these Terms. If you use VANTAGE for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

VANTAGE provides external security intelligence for domains, DNS, web, TLS, email authentication, JavaScript/frontend attack surface, exposed services, phishing and lookalike risk, and Web3 trust paths.

Public scores are lightweight summaries. Private scans, authenticated workspaces, exports, alerts, history, and APIs may provide deeper evidence and remediation workflows. VANTAGE is not a registrar, DNS host, takedown provider, wallet, auditor of smart contracts, insurer, or legal advisor.

You may submit domains and assets that you own, operate, manage, are authorized to assess, or have another lawful basis to review using public internet information.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of VANTAGE complies with applicable laws, contracts, bug bounty rules, customer obligations, and internal authorization boundaries.

You may not use VANTAGE to harass, dox, stalk, phish, spam, disrupt, attack, exploit, or unlawfully monitor any person, organization, network, domain, or service.

You may not bypass rate limits, scrape at scale, resell reports without permission, reverse engineer private service logic, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious content, interfere with the platform, or use VANTAGE output to facilitate abuse.

Reports, scores, findings, alerts, and recommendations are provided for security triage and operational decision-making. They do not certify that a domain, application, protocol, organization, or control is secure.

VANTAGE may miss issues, produce false positives, receive incomplete third-party data, or be affected by network conditions, rate limits, provider outages, cached data, and changing external systems. You remain responsible for validating findings and deciding what to remediate.

Access may be limited, invite-only, metered, rate limited, suspended, or discontinued. You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and for activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate access where we believe use is abusive, unlawful, risky to the platform, harmful to others, or inconsistent with these Terms.

VANTAGE may use external providers, public datasets, DNS and certificate sources, threat-intelligence feeds, hosting services, email providers, database services, and infrastructure vendors to operate and enrich the service.

Third-party data can be delayed, wrong, incomplete, unavailable, or subject to separate terms. VANTAGE does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their content or availability.

VANTAGE, its software, design, reports, scoring logic, content, and branding are owned by Digibastion or its licensors, except for your submitted data and third-party materials.

If you provide feedback, ideas, bug reports, or suggestions, you grant us permission to use them without restriction or compensation, while respecting any confidentiality commitments we separately agree to in writing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VANTAGE is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, or security outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digibastion will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, lost-profit, lost-data, security-incident, business-interruption, or reputational damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the greater of fees you paid for VANTAGE in the three months before the claim or USD 100.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Digibastion harmless from claims arising from your domains, submitted data, misuse of the service, violation of these Terms, or violation of law or third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be subject to competent courts in India unless applicable law requires otherwise. We may update these Terms by posting a new version, and continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
