This Privacy Policy explains how Digibastion handles information when you use VANTAGE, including the website, public score tools, private workspace, reports, alerts, APIs, and support channels.

VANTAGE is a security product. Some information you submit, such as domains, scan context, findings, and remediation history, may be operationally sensitive. We treat that information as service data and use it to provide, secure, and improve VANTAGE.

We may collect account and contact information such as name, email address, company, role, intended use, access requests, support messages, and authentication metadata.

We collect submitted domains, scan inputs, scan results, public score lookups, findings, evidence, configuration, remediation status, alerts, exports, and workspace activity needed to operate the product.

We also collect technical metadata such as IP address, user agent, device and browser information, timestamps, request paths, rate-limit signals, cookies or local storage necessary for authentication, and logs used for security and abuse prevention.

We use information to operate scans, produce reports, provide alerts, authenticate users, manage access, prevent abuse, enforce rate limits, troubleshoot issues, improve product quality, and communicate about support, access, security, and service updates.

We may use aggregated or de-identified information to understand product performance, improve scoring and detection quality, and publish high-level security research that does not identify private customer workspaces or confidential findings.

Public score tools are designed to expose only safe summary fields. Private workspace findings, reports, history, exports, and customer-specific remediation data are not intended to be public.

Curated public examples may be shown for demonstration and comparison. We do not intentionally publish private customer findings as public marketing proof without authorization.

We may share limited information with vendors and infrastructure providers that help us host, store, secure, email, monitor, analyze, or operate VANTAGE.

Security enrichment may involve querying or using public and third-party sources such as DNS, RDAP/WHOIS, certificate transparency, threat-intelligence providers, phishing lists, blockchain/Web3 infrastructure, and similar sources. These services may process domain, IP, URL, or related technical indicators.

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if required by law, to protect VANTAGE and users, to investigate abuse, in connection with a business transaction, or with your direction or consent.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security history, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and improve the product.

You may request deletion or correction by contacting raiders@digibastion.com. Some information may be retained where required for security, legal compliance, audit logs, backup integrity, fraud prevention, or legitimate operational needs.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect service data, including access controls, authentication, logging, and secure infrastructure practices.

No internet service can guarantee perfect security. You are responsible for using strong credentials, protecting account access, limiting submitted sensitive information, and configuring your own systems securely.

VANTAGE may process information in India and other locations where we or our providers operate. By using VANTAGE, you understand that information may be transferred and processed outside your country or region.

VANTAGE is intended for professional and organizational security use. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of personal information. We will respond to applicable requests as required by law.

You can choose not to provide certain information, but some information is required to create an account, run scans, receive reports, or use private workspace features.
